Franck Ismael KONE – PHOTO winner April 2024

Phonematic | 30 April 2024

A salesman by profession, Franck Ismael KONE lives in Yopougon, nicknamed Yop City, one of the thirteen communes of the Abidjan district in Ivory Coast. He is passionate about photography who discovered more about mobile photography through the Phonematic Photo Contest.

Franck Ismael KONE is the winner of the Phonematic Photo Contest for the month of April 2024 following his second participation with an overall score of 13.50 out of 20.

In March 2024, Franck presented his photo book entitled Queen and vintage, highlighting the woman who breaks free from any stereotype, the one who asserts her status and her personality regardless of her era.

In April 2024, Franck Ismael KONE spoke to us about Voyage, a poem, an ode to life, where each moment is savored, or each encounter flourishes. He said, “My journey walks with faith and my passion. Because travel is my muse, my most beautiful song. I dance with nature, I get drunk on freedom. Because the world is my ship, and adventure calls me to sail.”

Were competing in April 2024:

  • Jean-Philippe Cedric Elie Baroan (13.75/20) (later disqualified for rule violations). Q.P., Grand-Bassam, Ivory Coast
  • Franck Ismael KONE (13.50/20). Yopougon, Abidjan, Ivory Coast
  • Kathy Sambah (07.50/20). Nkolbisson, Yaounde, Cameroon
  • Bleu Jean Marc SIA (07.25/20). Adjamé, Abidjan, Ivory Coast

  • Oliveira Batshieba (03.75/20). Joli parc, Kinshasa, D Congo.
  • Karim Motaps (02.25/20). Nkolmesseng, Yaoundé, Cameroon

We remind you that unfortunately following the non-compliance with the rules noted late on May 3rd by competitors Jean Marc Kouamé, Desiré KOUASSI, Jean-Philippe C. E. Baroan and due to the below average scores of the others following the first to fall, there will consequently be no triumphant candidate recorded for the month of March, Franck Ismael KONE being exempt.
